Overhead Transparency Projector
TFLTA will provide an LCD projector, but laptop will not be provided. You must bring you own laptop. Any audio-visual equipment not listed below is the responsibility of the presenter. In addition, outside equipment must be approved in advance by the First Vice-President.
I understand that I must provide any handouts for my session
Handouts are very much appreciated by those who attend the conference; however, TFLTA regrets that we cannot provide copies of handouts. Session presenters should plan for an average attendance of 15 for Chinese, 30 for Latin, 50 for French, 30 for German, 100 for General presentations, and 100 for Spanish. Workshop presenters should prepare 5 more copies than the registration limit.
