This position is
responsible for teaching high school French classes that have been vacated by
the permanent, full-time teacher being assigned to another position for the
next 3 years (based on Race to the Top funding). Responsibilities of this
position are teaching students and leading them toward the fulfillment of
their potential for intellectual, emotional and psychological growth and
maturation. |

Applicants must hold a
valid Tennessee teacher's license with French endorsement, must meet highly
qualified status as required by No Child Left Behind, must have strong
written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal skills, and must meet health
and physical requirements and have satisfactory background checks as required
by the Tennessee State Department of Education and State law. |
